At AyazBaba.com, we specialize in offering digital gift cards redeemable at partner stores and vendors in Turkmenistan. Due to the nature of these products, we enforce the following return and refund policy:

🎁 Gift Cards – Final Sale

All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a gift card is issued and delivered via email, it cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, or cancelled.

Please double-check the recipient’s email address and selected amount before completing your order.

💱 Currency & Exchange Rates

Our gift cards are denominated in Turkmen Manat (TMT) and are sold in U.S. Dollars (USD).

The exchange rate is set at the time of purchase and may include a service margin to cover international processing and delivery costs.

We do not offer refunds based on currency fluctuations or recipient usage issues.

📩 Delivery Confirmation

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with the gift card code and redemption instructions. If you do not receive your card within 1 hour, please contact us at support@ayazbaba.com.

❗️Chargebacks and Disputes

Because gift cards are issued immediately after purchase, chargebacks on delivered products will be disputed with proof of delivery and confirmation. By purchasing, you agree to our terms and understand the product is non-refundable.
